It depends on the tool. The Financial Dashboard requires a free login so your uploaded data stays private to your session. The Grant Finder, Content Generator, and Ratios Calculator work without any signup — just open the page and start using them.
No. Tools that handle your data process inputs in your browser session and don't persist anything to our servers. We don't share data with third parties. Outputs (PDFs, reports, drafts) are generated on-demand and downloadable directly to your device.
The Dashboard parses your QuickBooks export — it's deterministic math, not AI guessing. The Grant Finder and Content Generator use AI to match opportunities and draft copy — those outputs should be reviewed before use. Treat AI outputs as drafts, not finals. For actual filings (990, audits), our paid service is the right path.
No — they're for any nonprofit. Use them however you like. If you find them helpful and want hands-on help with the underlying work (bookkeeping, 990 prep, audits), our paid service is available — but there's no obligation. Use the tools, ignore the rest.
