Our lead CPA sets the methodology every bookkeeper and accountant on the team follows. Every client relationship is overseen by senior leadership. Every book is structured around one principle: clean enough for any auditor to walk into.
We keep the team small, the oversight hands-on, and the methodology consistent — because that's what top-tier firms do for large organizations. Small and mid-sized nonprofits deserve the same.

Monthly bookkeeping with a one-page board report, Form 990-EZ and Form 990 preparation, and 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC filing.
Who we serve
501(c)(3) organizations only, from under $50,000 to about $3 million in annual gross receipts. We do not serve businesses.
Where
Based in the Los Angeles area, working remotely with nonprofits across the United States. Associate member of the California Association of Nonprofits.
Software
QuickBooks Online. You own the file and the subscription; we work in it as an Accountant user.
Price
Published, no call required: $300 to $1,950 per month for bookkeeping; Form 990-EZ from $500 and Form 990 from $1,500 per return; 1099s at $30 per form.
